You received a damaged or wrong item
First, shoot us a photo of the damaged or wrong item you received and contact our support team.
If the item passes our first visual check we can send you a return shipping label ( in the case of a wrong item )
If the item is damaged, we can have a replacement shipped out for you or issue a refund to the card used for the purchase.
How do I file a claim if I have ROUTE Protection on my purchase?
if your order is lost in transit, has been damaged or you want it to be reported stolen, please file a claim here to resolve your issue and request a reshipment free of charge or a full refund to your credit card.
